Taj Mahal is an enormous mausoleum of white marble in Agra. Taj Mahal is the gem of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterworks of the world's heritage. It was built by the command of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favourite wife in between 1631 and 1648.
